I just received my first order and cooked my first meal, and I am extremely pleased. I cooked the Beans and Greens Ragut. It was very flavorful and I enjoyed it. The recipes were easy to follow. I forgot that my delivery was scheduled for 12/8 and I was wondering , where is my delivery. I contacted customer service. They were prompt in their reply , reminding me my date of delivery was 12/8. I will absolutely order again and recommend Purple Carrot to even my meat-eating friends, if they want to cut down on their meat consumption. I’m so glad I gave this company a try. I am very pleased. You should give it a try too , if you’re on the fence.

I tried this service for the third time. I like everything. I don't have to bother what to cook and or counting calories. And I have already discovered delicious dishes that I did not even know about before. The box arrived without delay; everything was fresh, neatly, and hermetically packed. Wicked!

Super happy to finally see an entirely vegan meal prep service on the market. I have used this service for about two months now ordering the two person menu for just myself. The food is tasty. There is plenty of food as each recipe usually lasts me three or four meals (just cooking for myself). I find they offer a really good variety, too. The Purple Carrot is good for people trying to eat vegan that don't know where to start.
